Today, we have a 2024 Ford Maverick, and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the Demco Air Force One supplemental braking system for second vehicles. The purpose of this particular kit being a second vehicle kit is for vehicles just like this. The owner of our RV and this Maverick have already flat towed with an Air Force One system before on their older vehicle. They got a new Maverick, and they wanna flat tow it using the same Air Force One system, which is very, very smart because they already have the motor home half of this kit installed, which is by far the hardest part of this installation. more

Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2023 Ford Maverick, we're gonna be showing you how to install the BrakeBuddy charge line kit for towed vehicles. Before we do that though why don't we take a couple minutes, check this out and talk about why it's a good idea to use one of these. Using a charge line kit in my opinion is a really critical part and a lot of times it's overlooked. And this is something I recommend for pretty much every flat tow that we set up not just the Maverick and I say that because what it's gonna do is keep the battery on your vehicle topped off whenever you're flat towing. And the reason that it can potentially get depleted is because the vehicle's supplemental braking system uses battery power every time it operates. more

Now the JetStream crossbar is gonna be the main piece of our roof rack. That's the part that goes across the roof and serves as the attachment point for all of our accessories. Hello neighbors. It's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at installing the Demco charge line kit for towed vehicles on a 2022 Ford Maverick. Now in your kit, it's gonna look something like this. So on one end you're gonna have a ring terminal already attached to a fuse holder. You also have the fuse that comes with it which is gonna be a 10 amp. And then it's just a length of wire and a bare end here. more
